Parking:

As is true for most urban campuses, parking in the area around the University is quite limited. There are several privately owned parking lots on M Street, which is a short walk from GPPI and the Georgetown campus. Both on and off campus parking lots are expensive. Because of this, we recommend that you take public transportation to the Georgetown Campus if possible. See public transportation section, which follows.

From the Southwest Quad Parking Garage to the Georgetown Public Policy Institute, Car Barn, 3520 Prospect Street NW:

Take elevator in lower level of parking garage to top floor and exit on Prospect Street. Walk east on Prospect Street to the Car Barn, which is approximately two blocks from the parking garage at the corner of 36th and Prospect Streets. The Car Bar is handicap accessible. GPPI Admissions is located on the third floor. Please refer to the Campus Map for detail (search for: Car Barn).
