The Master of Public Policy (MPP) is a 48 credit degree program. The curriculum is divided into core (required) courses and elective courses. The core curriculum of the program provides the basic skills and knowledge essential for problem-solving through the development of analytical skills and the capabilities to manage sound policy over a spectrum of public issues. The core courses are divided into three components: 1) political institutions and process, 2) economics, and 3) methods of analysis, including a written project structured in the thesis workshop course.
